Established in 2015

Chef Kensan and his wife, Liana aka Mimi, opened Irashiai 2 in March of 2015…a small bistro in plam Bay where people can get truly traditional Japanese cuisine as well as specialty sushi…Until December 2021

 

After they retired and returned to Japan, Chef Daiping and his wife, Tracy Chen continued to run the Irashiai 2 Japanese Bistro, making the best sushi to serve the community…
